The MO-KAN Garden Railroaders are hosting the 2024 Midwest Garden Railroad Gathering May 30 - June 2, 2024 in the greater Kansas City area at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Independence, Missouri.
The Gathering will bring Midwest based clubs and hobbyists together for four days in order to enjoy the hobby and strengthen relationships while building a stronger garden railroad community within less than a day’s drive.
Featuring: self-guided garden layout tours, workshops, round tables, local vendors, modeling/photo contests, swap meet, closing night dinner and other social events providing time for garden railroaders to share knowledge, pictures and just discuss garden railroading.
Registration will begin in mid-January 2024 and hotel information will be released at that time.

2024 Rose City Garden Railway Society Annual Summer Tour
The Rose City Garden Railway Society will hold their annual Summer Tour of some of their best layouts all across the greater Portland Metro area and beyond. This year there appears to be twelve layouts included in the tour. For more info check out their websiteHERE.
The San Diego Garden Railway Society is hosting the 2024 West Coast Regional Meet taking place Saturday August 10th to Thursday August 15th.The event boasts a week of self-guided open houses, clinics and operating sessions.The event costs $40 to register for 1 person and each additional person is $20 (Children age 12 and under are free).Registrants will receive a visitors guide describing the garden railroads and also information about other area attractions including the Chula Vista Live Steamers.
2024 Columbus Garden Railway Society Open Garden Tour
Come visit the garden railroads of Central Ohio. For over 30 years members of the Columbus Garden Railway Society have opened their gardens for public viewing and will do so again Sept 8, 2024.
